Who can use Mindknot
You need to be at least 13 years old, or older if that is the minimum age where you live, and you need to be able to enter into this agreement. By using Mindknot you confirm that you meet that.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your sign in details private. Please give accurate information when you sign up and let us know if you think someone else is using your account.
Being a good neighbour
Mindknot only works if it stays kind. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines, and not to harass other people, post harmful or illegal content, impersonate anyone, or try to break or misuse the service. We can remove content or close accounts that do not respect this.
Your content stays yours
The spirals, posts and messages you create belong to you. To run the app, you give us permission to store and display your content where you have chosen to share it, for example on the feed or inside a connection. You can delete your content and your account at any time.
Mindknot is not medical care
This matters, so we want to be very clear. Mindknot is a self reflection tool. It is not therapy, not medical or mental health advice, and not a crisis or emergency service. Nothing in the app is a substitute for a qualified professional.
If you are in crisis or may be in danger, please use the resources under Get help now in the menu, or contact your local emergency services.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Mindknot running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may add, change or remove features over time, and we may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will make that clear in the app.
Ending your time here
You can stop using Mindknot and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.
Our responsibility
Mindknot is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using the app. None of these terms limit rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
